GROW YOUR AUTHENTIC FOLLOWING

THE STEIN

EFFECT

My father (and my grandfather and his father before him) grew up in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, a western suburb of Milwaukee.

And one warm August day in 1963 he and his siblings went out for ice cream at a local Baskin-Robbins. It was a small shop, with only a few tables and chairs, and the counter offering a different flavor for every day of the month.. And that day, they were the only customers.

While they were enjoying their ice cream (my dad’s favorite was banana marshmallow—back when they still served that), they noticed more and more people coming in after them until the store was full.

The thing is, over the years this kept happening.

Regardless of the venue, people would show up where the Steins showed up. It happened for my aunts and uncles and it happened across generations. It happened when I was a child and as an adult… even my fiancée has now seen it first-hand.

Over the years the family came to refer to the phenomenon as The Stein Effect.

As is often the case, what may have been an amusing observation can often reveal something more profound. When it comes to success stories here in America, we are often led to believe in the myth of the self-made individual. In reality, success really is—and has always been—about bringing people together in collaborative effort to achieve far more than what could ever be done alone.

And that’s why we want to teach YOU how to capture this effect for yourself.  Using #TheSteinEffect, you will recognize the opportunities to authentically grow your following.

If you are a new people manager, or a high-potential individual performer looking for advancement seeking to authentically grow your personal following, we’ll teach you the tactics and techniques to succeed as a leader.

Are you ready to join us?

Harness The Stein Effect and

GROW YOUR FOLLOWING.
